MLG Malaysia

MLG Malaysia was established in 2009 in response to strong and continuous demand of affluent Malaysians for Australian properties as investment, residence and migration needs.

MLG Malaysia is run locally by Richard Goh who has 20 years of specialist experience in the marketing and selling of residential and commercial projects at an international level.

A certified realtor with the Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers since 1997, Richard began his career with Hong Leong Holdings Limited, Singapore’s leading property developers, becoming one of its top sales person in their high-end homes category.  Over the years, Richard has personally brokered more than a thousand sales and has gone on to train hundreds of agents,  some of which have gone on to become Sales Directors in leading real estate agencies throughout Singapore.

He maintains close contacts with his trainees thus offering him an extensive reach to thousands of agents internationally. In 2001, he was headhunted by Newman & Goh, Singapore’s leading home grown, full service property agency and was instrumental in setting up their agency department and investment division that achieved property sales exceeding SGD $1 billion in sales in just a few short years. Richard is able to communicate in English, Malay and the Chinese language which is essential in a multi racial society such as Malaysia.

MLG Malaysia is located in Kuala Lumpur and is an easy commute to other key states in Malaysia. MLG affiliation with Cheng & Co, Malaysia’s largest local accountancy firm enables MLG products to reach out to the other key states within Malaysia through many of Cheng & Co branch offices. Besides locally, Cheng & Co has an office in Shenzhen, China carrying MLG projects for sale.

The MLG Malaysia database has over a thousand qualified investors and coupled with its affiliates’ databases, this numbers to the thousands.

Malaysian marketing includes a combination of ‘Australian Property Market Updates’ in the form of educational seminars, Speaker presentations, events participation, advertisements, direct database sales, ‘friends and referral’ activities along with e-marketing and exhibition techniques.
