Marcus Gilmore
CEO
Commencing as an Analyst with JLW Advisory, Marcus was provided with a strong grounding in all facets of the industry.
This was further expanded through his commercial sales experience whilst working at Colliers Jardine for some four years.
In addition to the project marketing business, MLG operates Property Management, Residential Sales, Finance and Commercial divisions.
Marcus was also a founder of MLG Money, which provides enormous benefits and support to the business. MLG Money was one of the pioneering companies to link Financing Broking and Real Estate.
Kevin Driscoll
National Board Member
Boasting over 40 years of industry experience, Kevin Driscoll brings a wealth of property knowledge to the MLG team.
Affectionately known as KD throughout the industry, Kevin has worked as both a developer in his own right, and in a variety of corporate roles in New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia.
His vast experience has seen him involved across all sectors, including residential, retail, industrial, commercial and land subdivisions.
Kevin has been part of a significant evolution in both the residential and commercial sectors in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, and has contributed to the transformation of some of these cities’ glorious waterfronts, such as Multiplex Living’s King Street Wharf, Darling Island and Milsons Landing sites in Sydney, Portside Wharf in Brisbane and Raffles Waterfront and the Old Swan Brewery in Perth.
Chris Freeman
Managing Director, NSW
Chris Freeman has over 10 years experience in the commercial property industry and is regarded as one of the market's leading research authorities and media commentators through his former role as National Director of Research for Savills Australia.
With a strong history of accurately forecasting market movements, Chris has developed a strong relationship and reputation amongst Australia's major property institutions.
In July 2007, after moving into Capital Transactions for Savills, Chris initiated the largest ever strata deal in Australia with Walker Corporation acquiring the bulk of strata stock on the market. The majority of this stock has already been resold with values showing significant appreciation despite the onset of the global credit crisis.
Chris was also integral in a number of other significant deals including the $465m disposal of Cape Bouvard's national office portfolio in 2006 and the 20,000 square metre lease by American Express to Charter Hall's 'Atrium on Union' project.
Chris is a registered real estate agent; holds a degree in commerce and is currently completing postgraduate studies in applied finance and investment.
James Aldinger
Sales Director, VIC
James Aldinger has over 15 years experience in the property industry, including listing, selling and marketing both off the plan developments and established properties including land, House and Land packages, residential homes, commercial offices, and student accommodation, as well as managerial responsibilities, trust accounting, recruitment and training.
After his role as Director of Prop-One, Mr Aldinger successfully ran his own franchised real estate office of Stockdale & Leggo, where amongst other things; he increased the Rent Roll by 900% in three years.
Gerry Pereira
Regional Sales Director, Asia
Gerry Pereira started his career in Journalism and went on to specialise in Advertising for J Walter Thompson, becoming the Chairman and CEO for Southeast Asia from 1985 to 2000.
During his advertising career, Gerry served as President for a variety of industry associations including President of the Institute of Advertising. His advertising experience included brand names like IBM, Ford, Citibank, Burger King, Motorola, Nokia, Saab, Estee Lauder, Kodak, Kellogg’s, Raffles Hotel and Shell among others.
Believing strongly that Customer Relationship Marketing had come of age, Gerry made the move to Carlson Marketing worldwide as President of Asia Pacific from 2000 to 2006.
During his time with Carlson, Gerry built the regional network from 4 offices to 11 offices in the Asia Pacific Region.
Gerry has spent many years working and living in Singapore, The Philippines, Melbourne, Sydney, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok.
Clients that he has worked with include Exxon Mobil, Ascott Serviced Apartments, SK2, Kuwait Airlines, British Airways and BMW to name a few.
Gerry took a well deserved break in 2006 but could not resist working with MLG Australia.
